So, you’re ready to buy or sell a house. Woohoo! Cue the fireworks! You’ve saved your money and done your research. Should be a picnic (at Papago Park) from here, right?

The thing is, this process usually isn’t as easy as it should be. Maybe you’re hearing radio silence from your agent. Worse yet, maybe they aren’t listening to you. You end up feeling completely lost and ignored, like no one’s looking out for you. What gives?

Hi! I’m Molly, and I know all about what you’re going through. In case we haven’t met yet, let me tell you a little bit about me.

I’m from Phoenix (by way of Colorado Springs, by way of Omaha), and I love introducing people to my city. Make sure to check out my guide to my favorite neighborhoods!

My husband Pat and I recently celebrated 20 years of marriage, and we couldn’t be prouder of our wonderful children, Patrick, Jameson and Keely.

My real estate career began when I worked as a loan officer assistant. I had the opportunity to partner with realtors on transactions, and I realized that this work centers on connecting with people and building relationships — two of my favorite things. (Not to mention the fact that I’m highly competitive, so I love the thrill of beating out other offers!)

I dove headfirst into learning everything I could about this fascinating, high-speed industry, and in 2019 I earned my real estate license from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. By the end of my first year as a realtor with Keller Williams East Valley, I’d earned the title Rookie of the Year.

Today, I run my own business, helping buyers and sellers in all different stages of life to reach their real estate goals. I rank in the top 12% of Arizona’s 165,000 Keller Williams agents, and I’ve built a team that shares my ‘can-do-anything’ spirit! We help you live your best life by caring, communicating, and committing to your dreams, right along with you.

When you work with us, you can expect world class customer service. We’re here to support you and advocate for you through each step of this journey.
